What do you cook in your steamer?

I originally bought mine one Christmas, in a previous house, when the hob wasn't working. Used it to cook veg & then when we moved it hasn't been used since.

I've unearthed it today & washed it all up...so, what can I cook in it?

We mainly cook vegetables in ours, and sometimes rice. If DS1 wasn't allergic to fish we would also cook that too.

When my DM was only cooking for herself she used to do new potatoes in hers.

I have a steamer trivet in my wok. So I steam my veg, then finish off cooking by adding o-oil, garlic, chillies, ginger, etc in the wok. Oh, yes, rice and fish too
