Do you use an ultrasonic toothbrush?

I've been using oral B electric toothbrushes for years. I need to replace it and was thinking of ultrasonic. I'd appreciate any thoughts.

Whole family here gradually moved over to Sonic. Wouldn't use anything else now. The DD's in particular were using old electric ones, and not getting a good enough clean. They (and their dentist) have really noticed the difference. No-one can use standard toothbrushes either, because we all brush way too hard, and the Sonic really helps with that, as you basically just hold it against your teeth and gums and it does all the work.

I used Oral B electric toothbrush for years and I thought I'd try a Philips Sonicare (think it was like £30 from John Lewis) and I love it and will never go back. My teeth feel much cleaner and look whiter. The only downside is that toothbrush heads can be quite pricey but I think it is worth it.

Thanks. Has anyone tried an ultrasonic?

I'm the opposite, had a Philips Sonicare, when it died I went back to an Oral B roundheaded toothbrush and much prefer it.

The toothbrush heads are pricey whichever make and shape you go for.
