I hate having paddling pools - the faff of filling, keeping clean, dealing with punctures. But kids want a new one after old one died last year.
Any recommendations? Kids are Between 2 and 10 so hard to keep everyone happy.
Thanks!

We're having one delivered today. It's one of those big-ish rectangular ones. Not big enough for actual swimming but enough for playing/chilling in. 10yo dd2 is looking forward to it coming...I'm not sure 13yo dd1 feels the same 🤷‍♀️

I bought it from ebay last week for £30.

Smyths toys inflatable one for £20 does the job here (Asda soemtimes have the same one).

Whatever you do don't get this one, (I nearly bought it as I drawn in by the self inflating aspect), read the comments Grin.

Trick is definitely to get a pool cover, chlorine and a filter. More expense at the beginning but makes the pool water last so much longer that it is definitely worth it. I wish we had done that years ago!

We had one of those a few years ago @Invismamma. It sort of worked ok on our slopey garden but was a royal pain in the arse to keep clean & used loads of water. So we have 'normal' ones now 🤣

Thank you! Any links to a particular recommendation? Are the frame ones easier upkeep than the deflating ones?
