How do you ‘get out’ of a bad mood?

Feeling a bit ‘meh’ this afternoon. Have failed at everything I’ve tried to do and just feel snappy. So, have popped in ear buds and playing very loud music to myself. Still, been a bit of a bitch to my family tho.
What do you do that helps break the mood?

cleaning, decluttering, organising a small area of my house.

I just wait, and grump about a bit. There's nothing up with being in a bad mood. I try to stay on my own though, so that I don't grump at or over anyone.

Music, cleaning & fresh air helped! Today’s a new day!!

I try to tell my self it will pass but that I have to ‘go through it’ not round it for it to go. I sometimes wonder if it’s like a computer doing a system re-boot and you just need to process the bad feeling.
Don’t make any big decisions (I always dream of running away/ leaving my job!)
Just hang tight.
This too shall pass. Xx

I need alone time to go for a walk, have a bath or just mess around on the internet. Or if its work making me grumpy then enough alone time to get on my laptop and sort whatever the problem is.

Dont worry too much, everyone has grumpy times it makes us human.
