Having a brain fart

Does

X is considering x and if he may choose to do it himself

Make sense

I think leave the if he out?

Unshriven · 29/05/2020 12:19

Do you mean

'X is considering Y, and whether it may be possible to do it himself (rather than having to outsource)'?

Vinosaurus · 29/05/2020 12:21

replace the "if" with "whether"

InkogKneeToe · 29/05/2020 12:21

No. Either...

X is considering x and whether he may choose to do it himself

Or

X is considering x and he may choose to do it himself

Slightly more difficult depending on the context of X's but you seem to have an "if" that doesn't need to be there

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 29/05/2020 12:21

Yes! But without the wether he can and more ”he can it's just if he decides to do it rather then using you!”

x is considering x and whether he has the option to do it himself.

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 29/05/2020 12:24

Thank you!

Whether he will do it himself

IcanBe · 29/05/2020 12:29

X is considering x or, alternatively, he may choose to do it himself.
