Getting this really weird electric shock feeling under my ribs

And it’s been going on for like an hour and a half

First happened to me after having my gallbladder removed hospital dr said maybe some nerve damage In a non fussed way
And it happens to me randomly but usually only last a short while maybe 5-10 mins sometimes less

Tonight I had a row with dh so maybe that’s it no idea

No temp
No chest pain, I don’t think

Pain around the should blades and in middle of upper back

Anyone awake now ?

I’ve put her whit water on for a bath
Maybe heat will stop what feels like my diaphragm spasming

I would call 111 OP. Don't mean to worry you (and am def not medically trained!) but anything like this in that area of the body, I'd worry it was something more serious. Is someone with you?

I finally conked out at 4am
A bath didn’t work
Woke at 730am and it’s still doing it although no where near as bad

I don’t fancy going to the dre or hospital unless I absolutely have to

Nothing to make me think it’s my heart
