How to manage stress?

I’m pretty bad, I just ignore feelings of stress until it’s too late. Now I subconsciously grind my teeth and my hair is falling out Blush

My TMD consultant has been telling me to reduce stress, but that’s easier said than done. With lockdown, many of the activities that I’d use to destress aren’t available either!

What do you to to reduce stress? Any tips??

Exercise. I like zumba. Yoga for generally feeling calmer and better concentration.

Singing. Produces endorphins. So join in with gareth malone.
