Pharmacy and meds

For the third month in a row there's an item missing from my repeat prescription delivery. In the past two months it's been "tough shit" with no recourse. Prescription was collected today and an item missing, I rang the chemist 15 mins after collection and the stance is it should have been checked for at the chemist or I'm mistaken and it's in the bag.

Planning to change registered chemist after lockdown, I'm just fed up now.

That's why I don't nominate a pharmacist I have paper tokens (which at the moment I am getting by sending my GP an SAE with the request) Boots totally fucked up my husbands prescription the other week sending him a text to say his meds were ready but it wasn't the one he was running out of the one he is NOT supposed to stop taking but one he already had 2 months supply of.

Wow, you could open your own pharmacy with that many items!

As our gp has effectively shut up shop I had to nominate a pharmacy. GP normal turnaround for prescription request is 2 days but within 20 mins of submission it's being turned round now. Clearly not busy
