Has anyone used An Mailer to send out postcodes to people in the area for advertising purposes? New thing that's popped up in my inbox and was wondering whether to do this to promote my business

No, it's really an old school way of doing business now. And potentially a scam as well. People just bin those things pretty much right away.

You are much better off developing social media sponsored posts. You can limit them by geographic area and I believe demographics and you can limit how many views you want to pay for. We did it at the start of lockdown to market a particular product as business in the commercial sector was slowing down. I think we paid £200 for however many views on Instagram. We could barely keep up with the sales. I think we probably made at least several thousand £ off that ad alone.

Ah ok thanks for advice they were offering a £1,000 off . Yes will look at social media ads
