Are these taking much longer to process than normal?

I threw the Hermes receipt away at the weekend without checking first as it had felt like forever ago, and also because I'm an idiot! Just checked Klarna now and return still isn't showing and payment due in 4 days which I've already snoozed once.

So annoyed with myself. I have no idea how long ago it was I made the return because all the days have merged. It feels like forever ago but was it? I have no idea!

Anyone else waiting a while for a return to show?

I waited just over two weeks. My return was collected on 11th and got the refund in my bank yesterday but the refund email came later on, this morning

Definitely taking longer than usual, I think my return took about 2 weeks to process. It did all go through correctly though.

The website says they aim to process within 2 weeks. I'm coming up to that & still waiting to hear back.

Also on Klarna you can report the return and it'll put the payment on hold until they hear from H&M.

Just me who read the thread title and thought Harry and Meghan were heading back to the UK???

I literally have no idea how long ago it was now. It was really hot...I'm going to have to check old weather forecasts if that's even possible?!

I stupidly snoozed the payment on klarna so no longer have the choice to delay it for a return which possibly would have given me longer. I'll do a live chat in the morning to check what to do. I hope my return hasn't gone missing though as I think I've definitely thrown the receipt out now!

Just remembered I bought something at the time so checked my bank and it was 14th may! So not even 2 weeks ago yet feels like 2 months ago
