Any Executive Assistant's / PA's do anything different?

I am a very bored Executive Assistant in London. It is a thankless job, boss very demanding, expects me to be a mind reader -I am so bored of it.

Anyone from the same background do anything different using their skills?

I moved to health and safety...pretty boring but better pay. I was sick and tired of being “just” a PA.
