Hy all so my ex is wanting me to apply for
A tenancy transfer. I need to know if he isn’t going to be an ahole as he mentioned mediation and that he wouldn’t turn up to this and by doing this he Has mentioned that he can apply for homelessness. We have split and have a joint tenancy. Any advice please ?
