Bedtime routine - how long from beginning to end?

I'm just curious.
My sister has a 1 year old and with milk, bath, teeth , story and finally asleep, takes her a good hour.

I have no idea how long I spent putting DS16 to bed when he was wee.

About 45 minutes probably from bath to sleeping. DD is 1 and breastfed. Sometimes much, much longer.

Dinner at half five.
Then whenever she finishes she brushes her teeth and then two stories. She’s normally down between 6:15-6:30. She is three but we’ve had this routine since she was less than a year old. I bath her in the mornings at the moment because of lockdown and I’m working from home so need her in bed earlier so I can work.

Half an hour? My DS loved his bath so would spend at least 20 minutes in the bath, then stories for 10 mins and lights out (no bedtime drink or cuddling to sleep)......... he was a great sleeper though so I know we were lucky

An hour...7pm bath, milk and stories start around 7:30pm. Been that way for years.

Ours was always an hour from about 4 months onwards for years.
Bath, bottle/supper, story/cuddles, teeth, bed, lights out, no going back in.
Good sleepers.

1.5- 2 hours! Bath and he spends ages in there, downstairs for supper about half an hour. Upto bed for 8 so asleep by half past.
It could be shorter but he won’t got to sleep until after 8 and it passes the evening in a calm way.

About 10 mins maybe? He's 2.5 years old. Milk on couch, wee, brush teeth, nappy and pj's, story in bed.
