Faint line or evap line?

I have PCOS and have been trying for baby no 2 for around 2 years. My cycles are a mess and can last well over 100 days. Today I took my monthly test (I didn't use fmu) and to my surprise after a few minutes very faint line appeared! What does everyone else think? My head is telling me it must be a mistake? I dare not get excited!!
