Morning all!
Recently been gifted a new mobile, it’s an android. I’ve been an iPhone user for years. This is going to sound very silly but how do I navigate pages on google please? I’ve tried swiping back to go back a page but it won’t work. There’s also no arrows to press to go back either.
Sorry to sound stupid! I’m a bit embarrassed to be honest posting but I can’t find help on google that works. I’m using my iPhone now as it’s stressing me out not being able to use it!
Thank you!

There's an arrow on the bottom left of the screen to go back. To go forward press on the three dots in the top righthand corner of the page and you'll find the forward arrow there.

There should be an arrow in the bottom left. I seem to remember my current phone not having this to start with, it was in settings, I had to fiddle about in setting to find how to turn it on. Once you've got your settings sorted, you'll be fine.

It's just a case of getting used to it, I hate iPhones as I can't work the damn things!

I was on it for ages the other night trying to find how to do it but got in a strop and gave up!! Definitely no arrows but I do recall looking through the settings, I just couldn’t figure out what to look in in the settings to get the arrows to come up.

You might have motion movements enabled. It hides the keys and you swipe the screen instead. Center left or right and move to the centre is the back button. Bottom middle and move to the centre closes the window.

@CatBatCat I’ll give that a try again. I was swiping the screen but I might have been swiping wrong.
