Career Change

I would post on the job board, but thought I'd post here as I'm looking for traffic. I have 10 years experience in Mystery Shopping/Merchandising/Price checking and I am looking to move into a more office/admin based role in this area. My kids are 10 and 13, so getting towards the end of the period of needing childcare and I am at a bit of a crossroads. I could do with working from home at least some of the time or at least having some flexibility, we have a dog, no family support, my husband works shifts as a train driver, to be honest part of the reason for me wanting to change jobs is to take the pressure off him cause he's in a bad place with work at the moment. I know all this sounds very idealisitc, but I really need a way forward. Also I have been self-employed since I had my kids and tbh I am sick of being so vulnerable, I need to be employed now with some benefits. I know (especially in the current climate) that this all seems very far fetched and as if I might be being a tad ambitious but I need to find a way forward. Any advice, recommendations regarding comapnies or recruitment agencies etc would be very welcome.
