What has happened to my post?

Suddenly realised last night that a package I had ordered from USA a small one had not arrived so looked at the tracking. It was in London on 14th so where is it. Then thinking back we go days now between post none since last Wednesday.

Is there a problem with the post nationally or am I just unlucky, I guess less post will be going out but we normally get post most days.

Customs?

Check your junk email - I found an email from Fedex in mine regarding an import charge. I paid it and the item was released. It was another week before the paper invoice arrived.

If it’s like with my local depot, the post man clearly didn’t give you the grey card with notice to pay
You should be able to pay online with the tracking number but I tried 3 times last week and none of the attempts to pay worked.
You can go to the depot with the tracking number and if they’re OK they will let you pay without the grey card. My depot sent me away because I didn’t have the card but they hadn’t dropped it off
I came back the next day and insisted...

If you manage to pay online, then you can choose a delivery day for your item. That is if they payment goes through...
