I had some appointments today but I was feverish and sore throat so I rearranged them.

Just wondering if I overreacted? Temperature has come down now

No you shouldn't have gone now isolate for 7 days

If you have a fever you need to self isolate for 7 days and everyone in your household for 14 days. If you or someone in your household is a keyworker you should get a Covid test.
