First attempt to get through to them was for an hour and then I gave up.
Currently been waiting 50 minutes.
I already get PIP--I'm wanting to check that they got my renewal document as we've had stuff disappear in the post and other post is taking weeks to get to us.
Has anyone managed to get through? I'm wondering if there's a better time to ring them.
