My brother is stuck in Dominica......what happens if he gets home regarding isolation?

My brother went out with family.

Possibility of flights on 8th June.....to Gatwick.

He actually lives in the south of France so what can he do? My parents are up North as are his in-laws and he’s currently struggling to find a place to rent.

Can he do 2 weeks isolating with family before flying back to France?

If his primary residence is in france he will be allowed to transit there.

He will have to complete some forms as travel over a certain distance is still not allowed in France. It has to be one or the other though, he comes here and isolates and then onward, or transit from gatwick to France.

I think, I was reading about it earlier and that's what I understood.
