Just wondering if there is anyone else awaiting a Homebase order and if you have found a successful way to get in touch with them if your order appears delayed?
I ordered garden furniture early April .. it was suppose dto arrive at latest on 7th May. It has yet to arrive and I am yet to get an update. I have sent five emails and got three generic responses back. I have tried tweeting them and it has been ignored. Their facebook has hundreds of comments with people in same position and no-one is responding. Their customer service number has now been disconnected.
There is literally no way to speak to them to get an update! I called my local store this morning and they have said they are having trouble getting replies from the online team and would try on my behalf but did not have much hope.
At this point I would settle for furniture or a refund so I can buy elsewhere but what can I do if there is no way to contact them ( they no longer respond to the online system where you can log a message either ..).
Has anyone had an order turn up recently … should I have some hope?!
