Low impact exercise

I've been doing some online classes - body attack, boxercise, zumba type stuff which I enjoy but am worried about doing too much high impact stuff because of previous pelvic floor surgery. I know there are low impact options but this just frustrates me and makes me feel unfit!

I run a bit (just 3k once or twice a week) also but know that's not great for it either.

I find yoga, pilates and walking a bit boring and struggle to get motivated to do it.
I like swimming but obviously that's out for the moment.

Any ideas of low impact exercise that is fun? I want to get fit, tone up a bit, improve my core obviously. It's also for my mental health so I want to enjoy it and get some endorphins pumping.

Have a look at FitnessBlender.com, they have literally hundreds of options, all free. There is a low impact filter, and you can also filter by difficulty, equipment, duration, upper/lower/full body etc.

I'd be amazed if you didn't find something there to suit!

BodyPump (start with really light weights)

Do you have a bike? Cycling would be good, especially while the roads are still relatively quiet.

Joe Wickes has plenty of low impact HIIT classes on YouTube

Thank you for all replies. I'm going to check out Joe wicks as I enjoyed the kids one. Will also look at fitness blender, not heard of that before.

I'm not big into body pump usually but might give it another try.

The thought of cycling on a road terrifies me, even on quiet roads. Never ridden a bike since I was about 5!

I was going to come on a say search you tube for fitness blender low impact. Alot if their regular exercise stuff has a low impact option too.

Also second les mills body pump.

Zumba strong DVD has a really fab low impact option running through. But they only ever seemed to offer one DVD. Can get a bit repetitive

I have pelvic floor issues and ongoing pubis symphasis after my 8yo's birth and find squats and glute bridges the only way to manage it, obviously being very careful with form. Means I can run and do other higher impact exercises much more easily.

Boxing based classes.

Jillian Michaels has loads of low impact HIIT workouts too.
