There are things to look forward to xx it just doesn't feel like it at the moment. I think for a lot of people grief is hitting them hard right now, for the way of life they've lost and because everything ahead seems so dark. Something about the two month lockdown mark I think. At the risk of sounding eminently punchable, it is darkest just before dawn. Things will return to normal, or a new normal.

I know how you feel; I'm on the verge of crying half the time these days. It's all just so pointless.

The lockdown is gradually being lifted in stages. A lot of places will be opening again next month. That gives me some hope.

Audible? I find it's been great for me; I've listened to absorbing novels from all different parts of human history, all different people, places, while doing the washing or painting a fence - you have your imagination, and that's unlimited freedom.

This is just a temporary blip in the whole landscape of your life - it'll pass, just try to use it to occupy your mind or learn something new.

Pop over to the What we're reading thread in Books, it will help. Thanks
