Beefburger accompaniments suggestions please.

I regularly buy big 8 oz. burgers from the butcher. They're excellent quality and come with a pepper sauce filling. However, I can't think of anything to serve them with apart from chips and mushrooms. Can anybody please suggest more interesting side dishes that will do them justice ? They're really too big to go in a bread roll, plus the pepper sauce is red hot when the burgers are cooked. Thankyou.

I have them with Jersey royals, lots of salad

I never have a roll with my burger. I have roasted peppers, salad, goats cheese and chutney.
So good!

Caesar salad, coleslaw, potato salad, garlic bread, tricalore salad (tomato, mozzarella and spinach), avocado, Greek salad.

Onion rings, potato wedges, coleslaw, salad, garlic bread, macaroni cheese. Not all at once though

Cauliflower cheese 😋😋

Roasted cherry tomatoes are nice.

Polenta ‘chips’

Macaroni cheese (apparently this is a suitable side dish for just about anything according to DH).

Potato salad, corn on the cob and onion rings 😋
