ADHD/ASD/OCD support needed

My dc are revising this week and are really struggling with remote learning. Both have adhd and one has ocd (treated) and probably asd. Both are teenagers and bright, well behaved boys. But they just can’t focus - and they are really different even though their diagnosis is similar. One is highly strung and hyperactive, the other is chilled but very ‘scatty’. Their SENCO lead is being amazing and they have revision plans full of stimulating activities and fun/ energetic breaks in between but currently one is still wondering around looking for things he can’t find and the other is stamping his feet as he feels too overwhelmed to start. I’m so worried about what it will be like in the future with GCSEs if this is hard for them. One of them (the stamping one!) will be on medication hopefully as soon as we can see the psychiatrist but I feel so sad and alone today, especially as they are getting down because they are behind. In school they get lots of support and a prompter so it’s not bad but since remotely learning they just cannot focus. The oldest also feels fed up because he’s in the top set for everything (it’s a selective school) and knows he’s bright but just can’t seem to find the concentration and motivation and is worried he’ll be behind when he goes back.
I need some support and a handhold if anyone has one for me. They are lovely boys and well supported but this is such a struggle for us all. Thanks

If the one with ADHD type inattentive has his meds that will help him keep a routine but you will have to actively be involved too in preparing the work, presenting it to him and keeping him organised

The one with ADHD type hyperactive who does not have meds will have to have an outlet to let of stream. A round 1.5 mile run each morning? Use 40 min study 20 mins break and lots of praise.

I' talking from current exhausting experience, I have one of each too but both have meds. Yours are old enough to understanding their strengths and weaknesses but they will need your 100% focussed support, sitting with them, not casually supervising them and reminding them.

Why were both not given meds when they were diagnosed?
