DS (6) had a Circumcision 6 months ago (health reasons), since then it's been a nightmare. He's had 6 courses of antibiotics and numerous trips to A&E and appointments to see surgeons.
He has a swollen mass underneath that has never gone or improved. His surgeon called me to put him on another course of antibiotics and suggested that hospital is not the place for a child nowadays but he would see him if we wanted him to.
He's still in pain and it's itching him but it's not infected, it's a mass of swollen skin which doesn't look as though will improve.
I'm at a loss what to do and I wanted to see what others thought, I've fought his corner this whole time as he's been in so much pain but with the situation nowadays and the fact that corrective surgery has been mentioned I feel as though I'm between a rock and a hard place.
