Kitchens and other heavy items are delivered by a different process to small bits and pieces.
The heavy items including some kitchens that are stock items, are delivered by the in store contractor, so service could vary from store to store, but its been fine in my experience.
Smaller items are delivered more like normal online deliveries, I ordered some curtain rails and other bits about 2-3 weeks ago and was given a delivery date of 4 June, so obviously don't have them yet.
Everything was in stock and I was annoyed at the long delivery time, but I just thought it was the 'corona delay' that was mentioned on the website, but now I see that Gingham got her stuff in a few days, I'm not so sure.
Anyway, they're opening again on 1 June but I expect the queues to be epic based on what's happened when coffee shops and fast food places that have started to re-open.
But there will be a one way system so they've said people should go prepared, with a list (you can check online if what you want is in stock and where it is in the shop).
