How to use this time wisely - ideas ?

I have decluttered and home schooled (also work part time) but I will be off until September
I am planning to diet and start gently running again/ maybe shred?

Also have a lumea so I can do that now I have time

But I want to do something positive (head isn't the best somedays). Like reading a positive thinking book or arty hobby or similar. Has anyone any ideas ?

Reading wise I would love to read a bit of history (easy going) or popular psychology if anyone has any suggestions?

What about doing a course? There are loads of free courses on OpenLearn and Future Learn. I'm doing one on child psychology and another on autism.

Mindfulness? I did an 8 week course based on this book/cd although there is also an app/sound cloud
It's not too "spiritual " more practical
It's a short session a day...

Finding peace in a frantic world
Sorry can't seem to link in the app

It's really helpful skill I find especially when out of kilter....

I’ve been meaning to start a language, probably on duolingo.

I started duolingo but didn't perserve. Spanish. It's good but I don't remember languages very well. I must try again
