Favourite Saturday evening dinner recipes

Hi there,
On a Saturday night. We cook a lovely dinner, glass of wine , watch the telly ( v exciting ) we need some inspiration !!
Our favourites are
Lorraine Pascale paella
Ree Drummonds Jerk chicken
Beef Teriyaki
Chicken wings , potato skins
Ribs barbecues sauce with a beer
What do you all cook at home for your DP and yourself on a Saturday night ?

Well 4 of us in my house but I like the bbc good food chicken and chorizo jambalaya or hairy bikers Spanish chicken tray bake or a curry. I like the look of some of yours, get fed up thinking sometimes.

Baked Camembert (lots of garlic and rosemary) with new potatoes and vegetable sticks for dipping is a favourite here.

Homemade curry (different types) with all the trimmings, rice, naan, popadoms, mango chutney, samosas, paneer and spinach.

Steak, chunky chips, salad

Selection of cheeses, crackers, olives, dips, etc. And lots of wine!

Homemade Thai food - pad Thai, coconut chicken, spicy crackers and dips.

We are having American style brisket with coleslaw, green beans, corn Cob and either baked potato with sour cream or frozen wedges ( kids choice).
