Boots Advantage card - what?

Received an email wittering on about another electronic card to replace the card they sent a while ago due to the data breaches. Not a clue how to follow their weird instructions. Have tried the website.
I have £145 in points. I don't want to delete the card!

I did get one but I have no idea what card means what now. I'm just going to buy stuff from supermarkets and wait til it's all over Grin

I've got a Boots Card but haven't had this email. I have a lot of phishing emails pretending to be from companies like Paypal and Apple - but it's a clear scam

I've put the card in my wallet on my iPhone so I no longer need a physical card. And I've downloaded the app so there's a back up if this technologically challenged I can't work one.

It doesn't delete the points, they stay attached to your account. I've just done as asked and finally been able to purchase something using my points after waiting weeks

Just log into the app, your new ecard is already there to replace the replacement. Complete the full card number when it asks, you will find the last 3 digits on the email.

I spent ages in the app, nowhere to add the numbers at all. Kept pressing different bits.
I checked their Twitter to see if it was legit but nothing there.

I've got the email but no new card , I have the app and only have about £1 on points not used much recently usually at Christmas and I spent most of points .

Same happened to me and I didn't receive the new card they said they'd sent. I phoned them up, they sorted a new virtual card so my points were still on the app immediately.
Was a pain

I never got an email or new card, could do with one too, mine is ancient and actually lives in painter she wallet so in bad nick. Got an email though about the new boots photos that I never use cause it's extortionate.

When you click on advantage card, it shows more in top right corner, click that, delete your old card and add in your new number ( new number can be found by logging into boots website in browser and then you need to add in last 3 digits from email)
