Coronavirus - going abroad

Hi, I'm new here and I was wondering if anyone can give me a piece of advice. Yesterday my ex said that he wants to take our son to Europe in July. He said that they'll be travelling by car and stay at the seaside. Previously he didn't stick to lockdown rules and was meeting with his friends even in the presence on our son. I asked for legal advice and I could stop seeing him our son, but gov started to ease the rules.
My guts tell me not to let him go abroad. I'm not sure what the situation will be in july with restrictions, but at the moment both countries require 2 weeks quarantine after coming from abroad.
Theres a child arrangements order in place, which states 50/50 on all school holidays. I just dont want to get in trouble if we end up in court and on the other hand I'm worried about our son. Help please.
