Mucklowe · 22/05/2020 13:51

Anything where children are referred to as princes, little men, princesses, bubbas...

Aquamarine1029 · 22/05/2020 13:56

Regroup has always made me cringe, and if I hear social distancing one more time, which of course I will, I will probably scream my head off. Soooo sick of hearing that.

TimeForLunch · 22/05/2020 13:57

Socially distanced

Destroyedpeople · 22/05/2020 14:00

'It was a doddle '
'All the gubbins'
'I should coco '
'Cool beans'
'My bad'
'Exercise walk'...

Oh I could just go on and on.....Grin

BogRollBOGOF · 22/05/2020 14:02

Stay the fuck at home.
So passé

I can tolerate be alert. Just.

MothershipG · 22/05/2020 14:11

Gifted

Why? What's wrong with given?
I don't know why but it really rubs me up the wrong way.
But it is now virtually ubiquitous so I'm going to have to get over it 🤪

shookbelves · 22/05/2020 14:13

my bad
little man
have your back
mac 'n' cheese
directional signage

WiryTail · 22/05/2020 14:15

As a family.
Talk me down.
We are pregnant.

Meruem · 22/05/2020 14:19

I hate it when people talking about a relationship say "see if it has legs"! I just cringe inside. And if they say something does or doesn't "sit well" with them.

NutellaOnButteryToast · 22/05/2020 14:34

Agree with most of these.

"They've got you/me bent over a barrel"Confused We all know what that means and it's grim.

"How are you in yourself?" More a question than a phrase, but it doesn't make sense. Yes, of course I'm all for checking in on someone's mental health, but not like this!

"You smashed it"

"Like a boss"

"mumtrepreneur" Confused

"Drinky poos" WTF? Is that actually supposed to make you want a drink and not want to throw up? Bizarre.

"Living my best life"

Oh god, I really could go on...

rosecreakybex · 22/05/2020 15:54

"Boy did good "

UnholyStramash · 22/05/2020 15:59

Jimjams and ‘forward planning’ - what other kind of planning is there, ffs?

JoesExotic · 22/05/2020 16:01

'Could care less' about something someone COULDN'T care less about.

I really, really don't get it.

ItchyScratch · 22/05/2020 16:08

“Date night”

“Hubby / hubster”

“This girl can”

Settle59 · 22/05/2020 16:19

Agree with all these on here

Destroyedpeople - what is "I should coco?"

Knucklehead101 · 22/05/2020 16:22

Shielding. Not sure why but I cant stand it. 😳

Mucklowe · 22/05/2020 16:33

I hate when people add "-ers" to the end of place names. Hongkers for Hong Kong, Shangers for Shanghai, etc.

QueenVictoriasteapot · 22/05/2020 16:34

Backstory..
what happened to history? Now everything has to have a backstory...

VeganVeal · 22/05/2020 16:36
