... or is it just me?!

I am wfh and finding it so difficult to motivate myself , I feel so lethargic and tired! It's a struggle to stay focused throughout the day despite a good 7-8 hour sleep! 😴😴😴.

Anyone else?!?!

Yep Hmm

Went through a stage of really bad sleeping even though I've been really busy during g the day.

Then I've had two weeks of good sleeping and energy levels great and this week I've really struggled again Confused
To be fair I do have a raging ear infection so waiting for meds to kick in but even so

I wrote a post about this a good few weeks ago and a lot of people were saying the same so I guess it's turned a lot of us into sloth like creatures Grin

This is a recognised thing that I have read about. I think it is to do with the lack of normal routine, anxiety, lack of exercise etc. (I am tired and lethargic all the time not just in lockdown, so I don't have any advice!)

I didn't know it was recognised, I am glad it is not just me!

I want to curl up in a ball by 4pm, ridiclous really! I have been trying to force myself to go out at least once a day on a walk, but sometimes it is hard to find the motivation to even do that!

@marblesgoing ear infections are the worst! Glad you managed to get some meds, hopefully they will kick in sooner rather than later!

I feel this way. I think it's because I have so little to distract myself. Even if I was feeling a bit grim I could drag myself with DD to a group or to see friends and odds are I'd perk up. Without that I just feel bloody grim.
