Babies hearing

Hi Everyone

First time poster and anxious Dad.

My wife and I are expecting our 2nd child later in the year but as we have experienced a couple of miscarriages over the years, it's safe to say im constantly worried about every little thing during this pregnancy.

Our very loud house alarm went off several times last night and required both my wife and I to be beside the alarm panel (directly where the noise was coming from) in order to disconnect it ( we had to speak to an engineer to guide us as have never used the alarm since moving in and was never given the code). Due to this I'm now really worried about our unborn childs hearing and if this has had any impact on the pregnancy.

My wife is 17 weeks pregnant.

Thanks
A Worried Dad

TBH, I'd be more worried about your own hearing if you were standing right next to the alarm! The baby will be fine.

Without sounding harsh, don't be daft!
