Tunbridge Wells

Hello all,
I wonder if you can share some of your wisdom.
I am planning my move to Tunbridge Wells, current conditions allowing, and have 12 houses short listed all different areas of TW.
Any suggestions on wheres best and perhaps even where to avoid.
I have 3 children and was struggling with school places, now all going to different schools in different parts of TW so that is no longer a consideration.
Any advice would be very welcome.

There appears to be a huge development plan (imposed by government) on Kent CC and they’ve allocated a number of new builds to each region. If you search online for local plans you’ll be able to see the level of disruption/development to each parish planned over the coming years
