How is Next delivery at the moment?

Before I go on and order stuff, how is the delivery service at the moment? Anyone used it recently?

They’ve been using Hermes my stuff came in 2/3 days
Returns however a pain, retuned last wed still nothing showing.

Yes I ordered about 5 things (ladies and child clothing) and it was great, all arrived within a few days.

I’ve used it. Delivery estimates were on the items as I put them in my basket. They arrived within that time frame. Nothing I wanted was next day but most within a few days

I ordered on the Wednesday, received on the Thursday night. Items I needed to return I requested online for a collection on the Saturday, courier came about 6pm Saturday night and Tuesday this week I received the email confirming they had received the return and refunded.

Was so simple for me. I understand that not everyone having the same experience.

They are using Hermes but it was taxi drivers who did the delivery and the collection.

Mine was a day late. But I don’t care so I don’t even know why I’m mentioning it!

Slow. I order cushions about a week ago, I’m not sure when they are coming.

And just ordered a kids dress with an expected delivery or 2-3 weeks.

Ordered about a week and half ago. Clothes arrived the following day. When I requested a courier for returns, there was a slot for the following day. The only problem was that the courier arrived at a completely different time to what I was told.

Ordering was fine, but a return more hassle. No emails or confirmation at all. Took me nearly an hour to get through on chat to be told that courier collection time of 8-6 was inaccurate and collection could be later. My parcel was outside all day - it was safe - but lucky it wasnt raining. I think it was finally collected about 8pm. Please note returns cost as well - £2 collection fee.
