I am having a nightmare.
Faulty goods - I opened a case, refund agreed pending me returning the goods. I did this, and provided a tracking number, which paypal said they would enter into the case.
A week later and I've had an email saying the refund is denied as they haven't got a tracking number.
The phones aren't being manned. The message service isn't answered. Tweets aren't being read,
It's as if paypal has actually closed down.
Has anyone else had this problem, and got any ideas what to do?
