I have awful arms

They are awful and every year they get worse. And every year I ignore them until the summer and then realise just how awful they are.

They are as flabby as flabby can be and lots of cellulite.

Are there any quick, easy exercises. Has anyone had any success? I keep meaning to do something about it but never do.

Nothing easy and quick unfortunately. Weights will improve them in a few months though. Or other exercises that focus on that area.

A Pilates Ring is handy because depending on how you hold it, it can exercise a lot of the muscles in your arms and it's not hard to do.

Loads of videos on youtube.

Dry body brushing improves the appearance of cellulite.

Op my arms art shapeless tubes of sausages fat.
They have always been my problem area even when a size 10

However please take heart and start to move them. Just squeezing them down in moves, kettle bell, weights... Pushing them back to exercise the muscles at the back will make a difference.

Ok I feel your pain, even when I've been a size 8 my arms are disproportionately huge and wobbly. Sideways on, they are as wide as me and I'm not kidding.
Unfortunately I can't exercise them as I had a frozen left shoulder and now a freezing right shoulder. I've been conscious of them all my life and am always the person wearing a cardigan in summer, pretending she's chilly.
Sorry this is no help!

Op - I hear you - have a look at Lucy Wyndham-Read's arm workouts on You Tube. I am doing them six days a week, there's a 3- and a 4- minute one. Sorry can't link on this ancient tablet but they really work.
