To ask what happens now

I’ve been told my blood tests results will be back Friday. Do I just call reception and ask about them?

They’ll call you if they need to anything. If you are in doubt, call them after 2pm but check their opening times (!) that afternoon - gives them a chance to receive them back and look at the results.
