School uniform

What are you all doing about school uniform for September? I usually start thinking now about it but I don't know what to do this year.

Only things I need are a pe top, socks and polo shirts. Plus shoes, but never buy before mid August.

Going to order blazers (3!) and blag the rest last minute!!

We had a list from both schools (DS1 is going to Juniors, DS2 starting Infants). I have ordered things for DS1, we have everything for DS2 (he will need white polo shirts as DS1 trashed his...I’ll get those over the summer).

I have ordered today for youngest as TU sale on, other two don’t really need anything/can get away with what they were wearing last term. I figured everywhere has extended their return so period so if they don’t go back in sept and tags kept on I can always return/exchange.

Didn’t want to leave until the summer as I would imagine they’ll be a huge rush to get uniform which will be a nightmare in shops with social distancing rules.

Shoes will get in aug and as far as I know uniform shop closed at present so will keep an eye on when they reopened for logo’d stuff.

Will order it on line so as to not have to deal with being out and about. So the only thing I'll get from town will be her school shoes but will leave that until much nearer the time as she'll grow out of them otherwise

I’ve got one moving to secondary school. Have most of the uniform his brother has outgrown. Will need a tie, shoes and PE gear but I’m waiting until I know more about what’s happening in September.

Reception starter. Ordered the necessary logo’d stuff as soon as the place was confirmed. The company had paused operations but were taking orders so made sense to get in the queue, as it were. What we need isn’t going to change so might as well order the stuff with a real lead time now.
