Anyone know what this plant is?

It's grown and grown...very green lush leaved no buds flowers just leaves! Is it a weed?

Looks like a baby rowan tree, they grow like weeds are are tricky to get out (surprisingly tough roots) so if you don't want a big tree (eventually) in that spot yank it out quick!

Ah ok it's at the side of the house and comes every year...very lush and growing very fast!!!!

I don't think it's a rowan. Could be a beech seedling?
