How can I kindly explain that MLM is bs

Don’t explain, just walk away.

If you’re looking for a secure future, it’s not with this person. MLM aside, they have a pretty feckless approach to employment, they have no desire to hold down a job, or secure their own financial well-being in later years.

I’d wager that they have debt issues too.

They sound brainwashed “I’ll be a millionaire!”. Wouldn’t waste your time trying to argue with that.

That's true. I just want to explain to them that they're gonna lose money.
It's sad.
They have a child to support and are still living at home. They need the money that these MLM Co.psnoes will end up taking

It depends on how much she has already bought into the bullshit they are peddling.

Send her average income for whichever one she is a "boss babe" for and then just refuse to engage.

Tell them 99% percent of people involved in MLM lose money.
Then I would just walk away.
