I have bought a simple exercise bike cos the weight is creeping up. I'm going to up my intake of healthy food too.
I'm a pear shape and weight goes on my thighs and hips. I know I need to lose weight when my sheer width starts pushing the flies of my jeans down.
Will a bike help with that area? How much do you think I should do daily! I managed 20 minutes today. Is that going to make any difference?
