A while ago I posted about the police raiding a house nearby. It was a case of mistaken identity. The resident is still very disturbed by the experience and there is an ongoing complaint.
I saw her DD (from a distance) this morning and asked how she was. She's shielding and feeling very low, sadly.
But what would happen if the police had turned up after the lock down began? Could they force their way into the home of someone shielding?
I suppose they could but what if they made the resident ill and she then died? Guilty or innocent should they risk the health of a vulnerable person?
