Two week old raw egg whites...

Had raw egg whites sitting in the fridge for the last 2 weeks. I've been intending to make biscuits and using the whites to make royal icing for them, and I've finally got round to making the biscuits today so will need to make the icing later.

Will the egg whites still be okay? They've been in an airtight tub in the fridge and I daren't open it... 😟

Not in a million years.

No, and I’m usually an out-of-date things eater - too long on eggs.

sonicshoegazes · 18/05/2020 14:40

I'm sorry but why would you even think you could use them.

You will end up very poorly using them. I bet they smell as well.
