Narrow high backed boosters?

Hi, can anyone recommend narrow high backed boosters with seat belt installation?

Maxi Cosi Rodifix? We have cybex ones and they're definitely not narrow but I do rate them.
We also have britax ones which are also quite wide, but I don't like the seatbelt router on them.
