Childcare rant!

Sorry about the little rant but I’m getting rather frustrated.... the amount of messages flying back and forth about childcare and the reopening of schools...it’s driving me nuts! If you don’t feel safe sending your children back I respect your decision, if I want to send mine back as both of us need to work please respect mine! It doesn’t make someone a better parent saying ‘oh I won’t send mine back it’s too early’... thanks rant over

I hear ya.

Tomorrow the nursery is calling each parent to ask if they want to send their kid back and I’m here feeling majorly guilty to say yes simply based on all of the ‘perfect mothers’ who are preaching about how cruel it is and how their precious children will not be put at risk.

Thing is both me and my DH are working full time and it’s such a stress coping with it all.
Plus she has asked EVERY SINGLE day since March 23rd if she can go back. She’s desperate to play with another child.
