Hi all my little one has just got 2 teeth. She’s bitten me when pulling off and has actually made a little hole under my nipple. 
it’s painful and I’ve looked today and it’s starting to look a bit infected. I don’t know if I can feed her?! I know I can feed with mastitis but is this different? Don’t want to make her poorly. Any advice would be great. TIA
