Towels - when did they become so expensive!?

Its been yrs since i bought new bath towels. Last ones I bought when DD was born 18 yrs ago.

Now its time to buy new ones. But where? They’re so expensive! I really don't need fancy egyptian cotton ones. Just new ones.

They're normally on offer in bricks & mortar shops but might be online. I do only buy Egyptian cotton though, they last years. Wilko finest range of towels is excellent for good quality budget towels.
