Bleeding between periods ?

I’m not due for another two weeks . Last three days every time I’ve been for a wee I’ve had bleeding . Nothing for the rest of the day.

No idea where it’s coming from . I have +++ bladder problems, lots of infections and tests/hospital before but this doesn’t feel like that at all - no pain on peeing, just some mild lower abdominal pain .

I’ve had a normal smear this year, have PCOS but was told that usually causes long gaps between periods . I’m definitely not pregnant .

I’m not sure if it’s worth contacting GP surgery, as there’s nothing they can do over the phone surely - especially seeing as I don’t feel ill with it?

I had similar for quite a while now. I finally phoned gp. They advised do a pregnancy test. (stranger things have happened apparently) mine was neg.
Keep a diary of the bleeding.
Phone back 3-4 weeks if still having issues.
Maybe just phone them for advice so if it doesn't improve down the line you've got the ball rolling...They also mentioned stds can be a cause so worth considering also.

Ovulation bleed? I think there are loads of harmless explanations, get a gp phone appt, and of you have a period tracking app like Clue that you can use as evidence of dates, that will help them. Always worth getting things checked out. Probably it's normal, and if it isn't, the sooner you get treated the better. I get weird period symptoms and having scans and explanations (e.g. harmless but annoying fibroids, being in mid-40s and therefore perimenopause) has put my mind at ease

I had exactly the same for 3 or 4 days and it knocked my period back 2 weeks. I was booked in for a smear anyway when it happened and it came back fine. Im 5month PP, 1st 2 periods were fine, 3rd was that late one and im 4 days late again. Im definitely not pregnant but its just all over the place
